The vibrant colours of the ground are an eye catcher. The transition and variation of colours in the sky are wonderful. I like that the Moon has its own little patch of clear sky.

The beautiful redish tone of this creates a bit of a mysterious mood. I really like the darkness of it and yet there is enough light to show the details. Very lovely.

As far as I'm concerned, transparent, or semi-transparent object are the ones I like most & this one is an excellent example. I love the contrast between the ostensibly weak isolation & the strong, black of the pole.
I especially like the semi-transparency of flowers. It does not always show in my photos, but I do try & for that reason I purchased my ring-flash.

The title suits. It does look like what one might imagine a UFO to be like. The tranluscency of the object is appealing. What I don't ever remember seeing before is a translucent shadow--very intersting.
