Ahhh gorgeous! So nice to get him to face you for this pose. I have noticed that the elk behave the same way with the car, if you are moving they just look at you but if you stop they stampede. Tried to get close to 150 of them 4-wheeling my FJ out into the pasture last week. What a sight! Deb

Good work Kerry, these guys are so hard to capture! As soon as you stop the car they are "outta here". I had the big elk herd on my place again yesterday, but only had time for a couple of shots on my way out. Keep trying! Debbie
