About:  I feel capturing raw beauty and emotions both mine and others is a complete rush. My mother passed her love and knowledge of art down to me. And like my mother, I wanted nothing less than to express myself. I found freedom playing in the band, acting in plays, singing in the choir and writing for the newspaper, yet some how I was still unfulfilled. Looking back I should have known photography was my destiny, I guess hind site is always 20/20. I would pretend to be a fashion photographer while playing with my friends and collecting pictures of my favorite models. Time passed and I found myself married with small children. Like so many photographers before me, I began to feel a need to document life, and the rest is history. I find photography has become my passion. It has not only encouraged my spirit to thrive but it has given me purpose.
