About: I've never had the desire to work with subject matter other than people. In this way, I've been lucky because I haven't had to grapple with any changing interests. For me, photography has as much to do with defining my own journey as my subject's. The tone of my images often parallels my own moods and place in life. Understanding this has allowed me to add an additional creative layer to my photographs. Ultimately, my job is to document and capture moments in time. On the next level, I feel that if I can translate the spontaneity and immediate emotions that my subjects display into imagery on film, I've succeeded.
