Lighthouses are a favorite subject/interest for me. I was attracted to your photo, but wondered at all the greenery in the foreground. My focus would have been the lighthouse itself. I looked at your portfolio and thought the lens photo special. I liked reading the comments by others, I probably learned from them, as you will. I have used a filter on my Nikon when I was in Greece, because everything was so glaringly white on deep, deep blue. I think it worked well, but have not used in other circumstances. I envy your proximity to your favorite subject. I grew up on Lake Huron/Saginaw Bay viewing one which was decommisioned. Lighthouses will always be important to me.
