About	I met this character in the park next to the recoleta cemetery in Buenos Aires. He's played there for years and is a walking,talking musical encyclopedia for the history of music around the world. He also has a cat sonya who sits in his case guarding his change while he plays....He has a real low scratchy voice, is missing more than a few teeth and has a great smile. His real name is Horacio but he says his professional name is "Tauro"
