About	This is my first go at black and white photography. The original was in colour. I removed the colour in photoshop and tried different colour variations and contrast/brightness. This was the end result. Any comments or advice are much appreciated.

Lorraine as a rule my preference is colour, but you have done a wonderful conversion on this lovely rose. Really excellent work, it has such a glow without being 'burnt out'

Tracey, thank you so much for your comment. The original colours were white in the centre leading to bright pink on the outsides. It's amazing what you can do with photoshop! Many thanks!

Wow! I'm at a loss for critique a massive miracle! This was a truly beautiful result~ the edges make this blend perfectly leading you from the dark to the white! very delicate and beautiful!
