About The breeder wanted a copy of this image and so I thought I would share it with everyone. Photoshop used to add a slight glow of softness.

As if that puppy wasn't soft enough :-) I like how I can separate the head from the body through what I assume is a little extra light on the back.

Great use of PS to add the glow of softness. It works exceptionally well with this photo.

Hey Kim, great portfolio, i really like the soft-focus feel to this picture, it really conveys the sense of innocence and tenderness that puppies have. I think that i would prefer this photo of the DOF was a little bit greater, the white blob that is the puppy's body is kind of distracting.Overall, a great photo ;)
Blessings to you,
~tim~
p.s thanks for the comment, its great to see a vancouver-area photographer on here. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

I like the effect as if looking at our dream puppie. :) A very sweet shot with a nice composition. Alison

What an adorable little face!! Puppies are just so irresistable with their round heads and short snouts! I love the glow that surrounds his face - certainly adds to the 'angelic' innocence in his expression! :)

I've been wondering when you would post another of your puppy shots, Kim. I like the difference in texture between the wicker basket and the dog's ear. Also the pic is nicely simplified, there is nothing extraneous.

This pup looks pretty blonde, though I understand that most darken to the color of the ears, eventually.
