Thanks Tracy! Actually I had it ready to go in sepia and re-did it with the desaturated colors. It had so much more detail and character that I just had to go with this one. Thanks for your input. I love suggestions!!

Wonderful Photograph Susie, Great colors and clarity and Composition. Just a little fix-r-upper.. Just slap on a couple coats of paint and it's ready to go... $250,000 here in Texas, Ranch Style Home....
