About	Another floral photo from the Albuquerque Botanical Gardens. Used PS7 to mask the desaturated layer and expose the full color layer. Colors haven't been modded, though B&W has been modified, mostly darkened the edges, increase contrast a bit, etc. Any title suggestions?

Thanks! I was afraid this image wasn't going to come out very well. (I tend to do a lot of PS work at around 12:00-3:00 in the morning... things don't always turn out all that great when you're that tired...)

Thanks, Angelo. For some reason, I find fading flowers very interesting. It shows mortality.

Reminds me of the saying "all good things must come to an end".

Normally people suggest chosing a good-looking, healthy specimen to photograph.

I like how you have challenged common wisdom. The "corrosion" adds a nice detail to this flower.

The partial saturation work also helps to bring ou the beautiful colours of the flower.
