I ?guess? I must have been around 2 feet away. I agree I wish I had a bit more DOF but I am not sure I could pull enough to get the whole nose in focus.
I do have others where more of him/her is in focus but I liked this one better?
But Now that you mentioned it I will look into others a bit more closely.

Wow! What a face! Those eyes stick out so amazingly!
I was hoping for a little more depth of field to have the nose in focus as well, but really, the eyes are where its at. They are super sharp and are the main point of focus, so this truly is a great capture.
I like how his body takes up the entire frame as well... all that green! How far away did you have to be with your macro lens?
