About I don't understand all these girls saying they are a princess. I am a Queen. I even have my own castle to prove it. It is the "Horseweed Palace". By late summer the horse weeds all but cover it completely up. The inner deminsions are 10x10x5, and there is a hole in the ceiling where you can go up on to the top. There is also another little hole in the back similar to the draw bridge, but smaller. My dad and I built this about three or four years ago. I've had parties in it, and its been a chicken coop. One year we watched the minonk 4th of July fireworks on it. I really like it, and not many people get to help build their own castle.

Hi Janelle, well i don't need to bow to the queen, but i will/would bow to you. I enjoyed your description very much. As you mention in the comments, everyone needs their won castle, i'm pleased you've got yours :)
Thanks for your comment on my "finding my way".
Best wishes from Switzerland
Neil

Strong composition and a wonderful "about". I especially like the way you can see the land roll on behind the castle. You're right, it's good to be Queen, and good to aim high. :) Well done.

Congratulations on your beautiful castle, Janelle. You photographed it from a nice angle here. I recommend you take more photographs of it. Explore different angles and try out different compositions. Try placing the castle off-center. Try getting real close and exagerating its dimensions through an unusual perspective, perhaps.

Thank you very much for your visit to my portfolio and your nice comment.
