The way the water is coming off the rocks almost looks like ice and the splashing water as if frozen in place, a very beautiful effect. I love the lush colors surrounding the falls, nicely composed. Alison

Pretty good - I'd say just a touch underexposed. You get the start of veiling at 1/10 s, but for the real smokey effect try to go as long as possible (1s is the start of something nice). I crank the F stop as high as possible, and over expose just a little bit to make the water whiter.
You may have to get a 2x darkening filter to slow the camera down even more.
