About	First among a series of 3 shots of the sun rising on Mount Kabru. This is the first rays falling on the mountain around 4.30 am. This light stays around 10 seconds, then it turns golden for another 10 seconds (next in the series) and lastly white, ( third in the series). Sorry for the soft focus as I have used a flatbed scanner to scan the slide and , also I was using a lesser heavy tripod and there was heavy wind in the morning.

Thankyou Didi. By mistake I uploaded the images the other way round. The series should have been the red tone, then the golden and then the white tones on the mountain. Sorry for that. Im now thinking that may be it will be a better idea to invest in a good dedicated film scanner instead of buying a DSLR. As im still in the learning process about photography skills I would like to stick to film for some time. Theres another news, I have recieved a prize of 4 colour film for entering qa photo competition in a magazine called better photography in India. Though it was an early bird prize but still im very excited as these are the first prize that any of my photos have fetched me.
