This stare is even better. Very powerful, and so many details from this man's full life in his face.
The sharpness is much better in this one.
You ought to retouch that scratch across the frame.

excellent photo.. love the dramatic tones and lighting... the horizontal line is distracting, maybe you can remove it. there is some noise in the photo as well which distracts from the clairity but does add to its overall mood. I think this photo could be an award winner with minor tweaking... great work
