About I took this with a Zenit 35ml.SLR. many years ago at Tramore Pier. I waited a long time for all the "ingredients" to come together. Strong wind from the south west, about 1 hour from incoming full tide, dark skys for drama. To give the scale of this wave, that pole is 7 metres high. I had to wade out up to my chest in the harbour to get close enough as I only had a 35ml lens. This was taken on colour film and is untouched except for the frame I added.
