Hi Nancy,very nice shot here,superb composition
I like the grainy effect,if you want to remove it you neeed a photoshop third party plugin a good one is "Neat image"

Thanks Steve it really does improve the picture but i haven't a clue as how to remove noise i am still so new at this sometimes it all seems so overwhelming, but it is fun expermenting and learning. thanks again

Hi nancy...
I loved the thuiumbnail, but looking at the big pic.. i'm not too sure I like to PS grain filter .. would love to see the photo without this filter.
I hope you don't mind, but i couldn't resist having a play. i took out some of the noise from the grain filter and ran it through a (faded) watercolour filter in PS.
A great concept and good composition though.
