Thanks for commenting, George. I still need to 'doctor' some of my images, I agree, but I'm only using very basic programs and an even more basic knowledge of how to change things for the better.

Yes, I'm sure you're right - canals are a great way to see the country (in summer!)

This is an interesting image, but the focus seems a bit soft. Looks like a great way to see the country.
