Yes, the emails are finally working again - I didn't even know about feature donor until later today when i was getting the URL for an image I was sending to my friend (I usually go to the site through one of my email messages but I had deleted them...). Thanks too for your comments.

Thanks Taran. I love it. I have been working all day downloading the right software and spent a lot of time talking to Nikon. I am shooting in raw format and using Nikon Viewer to save the files in RGB format in Photoshop. The learning curve is not too steep.
