Heavily edited indeed - thanks for showing the original! The overall effect is lovely. What I particularly like is the echoe of the colours of the cat in the background. It would be nice to have the cat's paws in the shot, but I see that this was a grab shot and that you didn't have much time.

Here is the unedited version of this photograph. The light was terrible and the shot was taken through the window. I had to grab the shot without composing and adjusting or fill flash. Thank you photoshop...:)
