such a gorgeous portrait on so many levels...Of course, the model is very attractive, and every photographer knows that will enhance any shot, but your use of light and shadow here really take over the composition, and it becomes a beautiful picture for that reason more than any other. well done! I wish you would do more "straight" portraits like this - that is, more without darkroom manipulation. That's not to say I don't like your other, less traditional portraits - I think they're wonderfuL!!! I just think this is another avenue you should more readily explore. You have a great talent.

Rather nightmarish with the dark eyes and lips. All of the empty darkness surrounding her has consumed her, she has become frozen in her own nightmarish world created in her mind. She is about to begin a last plea to herself, to wake up and get back to living again~
