I like photos of stairs, there was always something interesting and abstract in the repetition of their samples. This photo is also nice abstraction in architectural way. I like your composition and specially a big heart as point of interest.

Gayle, this is really excellent use of vignetting! You have effectively highlighted more than the subject....you have cast light on the "meaning" of your shot. Onward, and upward!

I love steps and stairways. They're such a great metaphor for all sorts of stuff. This is another virtuoso performance. I can't believe the painting isn't actually on the water tower.
