The photo has beautiful black and white tones. The contrasts are very good. However, I would have included more of the musician to the left. If he were a little bit more to the right, the whole image would have gained. The image would have been lighter and the focus would not be shared between the background man and the foreground musician.
This is just an opinion. Maybe you wished to focus on the man on the background. Your comments would be very interesting. In any case the black and white on this photo is very successful!
