About what time...?

well it has been snowing and ugly here for the past few weeks, and I was complaining about the weather not allowing me to take photos... and the next day I woke up to find the most beautiful blue sky ever! so I grabbed my polarizer and cam and went out for a few hours snapping anything cool involving lots of the sky... and I happened to be passing by this clock at about noon and decided to catch something dynamic with it... that's my "story"

Quite a surreal shot, reminds me of Alice in Wonderland...I think it is because of the font on the clock face and the surreal nature of this image. And one minute past noon is an excellent time to take it and a very fitting title. Thanks
