Phillip, the image is nice and there's a lot to work with when you have landscapes combined with the sky like this. I'd crop the bottom left corner a bit. And maybe make the composition less center heavy.

I like this composition much, I think the fence line adds much to the mountain winter scene.
Do you have a circular polarizing filter ?
I have purchased one for my 18-70 and I love it.
It allows me to grab the colors of the sky and still maintain a brightness at the ground level.
Well done.
Attached is a creation of what this might have looked like with a filter.

the snow has always a particular fascination, creates all soft and cancels the noises! not only. the great shows of winter skies are wonderful! much beautiful delicate, just calm and the exposure. perhaps only one dominant blu..

I really like it! Looks like our little mountain town! LOL The colors are great! My only suggestion is to add a little clarity and/or sharpening. To me it looks a little soft. A beautiful landscape, regardless!

The colors are indeed great, as the first poster said, but, also as he said, the post in the lower left corner is somewhat distracting. Aside from that, however, I love the composition of this image; it has an odd unbalanced-yet-supported feeling to it (or maybe it's just me). I don't normally go for this type of picture, but you did a great job with this one.

The colours are great, and overall the shot is fine. The only thing I find slightly distracting is the post in the lower left corner. That's just my thought anyway....nice shot.
