About Just as you think things are going smoothly, it can all get rough and turbulent.

Just like this wier in Tadcaster, the water flows over it like sheet of shiney black ice then for seemingly no reason, it jumps up and goes white and turbulent.

The second posting from my shoot with Steve on Sunday, another abstract one really. There's a few of a lovely old viaduct to come later as well.

Probably ge getting a lot of photography in as our company have given up a lovely Xmas present - they made us redundant on December 17th.

So if anyone wants to buy some of my photos, please get in touch soon!!

This image fascinates me Ade. I see long dark hair and a white fur collar. Amazing capture. Congratulations.

Hi Steve,

This was taken from just in front of the wier - when you went down the steps, I was behind a while. Just from there.

I think I compressed this a little too much as it's lost it's smoothness really. DOH! was only 72PPI.

It looks like it's made of stone blocks rather than concrete?

We'd have never seen it from the 15-30 as there wasn't a polariser on that.

here's one of the bridge

Cheers

Ade

It's amazing what you can do with a long exposure over running water - and this is a great example! I like it...

Ade this is just incredible, the 10D has captured something which I did not see even with the naked eye ... the brickwork behind the weir !!

This is just an amazing capture - well impressed !

Best wishes,
Steve
