Good photograph.
If you hadn't noticed, there seems to be a new house being built at the top of the wheel,across the lake. Something old in the fore-ground, and something new in the back-ground.
As for the quote, it was written by King Solomon of ancient Israel. Prov.29; 18. but still just as true.
