The idea of a poorly made bed... does not work...
You have fixed the prior 'red-eye'...
But get a cheap or free PhotoShop program... maybe ACDsee ( http://www.acdsystems.com/English/Products/ACDSee/index.htm ) and start fiddling... You might like it.
I personally believe that there is a need for some i.e.MSP especially if it comes to nudes.
Here I have, first washed the bed-spread to have an uniform background, then applied three overlays: The first two are identical fabrics, but one turned 90 degrees, both have transparency applied, and then some erasing to the torso, finally another of the bodice that belongs to a vintage nightie...
There are many here at UF that are far superior in abilities than this Village Idiot... simply ask for advice... and thou shall receive...
You prior macro of the bee in the thistle is very good...
