You have an outstanding portfolio; I couldn't decide which photos to look at first! In this one the calm water caught my attention; I love how water looks on long exposures. The dead plant has a very nice contrasting color. Regards, Gaja

Absolutely fantastic shot. Here the subdued light on the foreground works for me because of the soft light in the background too. Nice vision, and really nice work.
I also like your frames.

Of your recent submissions this is the weakest I think. Keep in mind even your weakest is quite good. In the heat of the moment its tough to see everything on your edges and perhaps its how you cropped the scan. In the bottom left corner there are two rocks just to the left of the bush. They are a bit too close to the edge for my liking. If they didn't have such noticeable highlights it probably wouldn't be as apparent. Unlike your other photos the rocks in the foreground are soft. Even if this is due to moving water it is mildly distracting as it gives the impression that they're out of focus. I guess what I'm trying to say the motino isn't obvious enough. It's a bit of limbo... too much motion and yet not enough. All that being said... it still is pretty damn good.

very nicely seen and captured.. such a simple scene yet it looks so elegant. It looks light years away from any civilization although the photographer knows better :) love the colors and the lighting.. good work
