I have very little experience with Photoshop, but is it THAT clever? I mean, this is a scanned image from a film, not digital, can exposure information be somehow preserved there?

Hello Hrayr,
I don't know if you have Photoshop, but you can retrieve that information. Go to File Browser and click on your image and all that technical info will be on the bottom left-hand side of that window.

Hi Donald, unfortunately I didn't record shutter and apperture, but it was quite long. I would think between 5 and 10 sec. I didn't have a tripod, so I just set the camera on the border of the sidewalk.

Very nice image.....Just curious, what the shutter and ap. were set to. The water doesn't seem to blurred leading me to believe maybe 1 second or so. But the distant lights seem real bright (in some cases ,too bright) that would make me think 5s or longer. I like it.
