Allan:

PS - believe it or not, a great place to learn is to read the manual. Using google to search for resources is a good place. I usually use just a few basics within PS, all under the image menu:

I use the quick mask mode quite a bit, with the gradient fill or a large paintbrush. Some people select using the lasso tool then feathering the selection.

Hue/Saturation (for the saturation)
Color Balance

Micheal, I hope I'm not being pesky, nor do I wish to ruin your beautiful photo.

However, I was intrigued by your posts w/Carston re: PS and how much is too much, along w/ what it can and can't do for a photo. My question is what did the original of 'Union Station' look like and how much PS did you use to get the final result? Also, any tips on PS learning resourses?

With regards to your photo I really liked this one and took the liberty of experimenting in PS with it. I'm not sure I really like this over the original but would like your thoughts.

Regards and good hunting (photos).

Very colorful landscape. The clouds add a nice touch.
