About Pinkie Masters is a famous local bar on Abercorn just above the famous river street. Savannah is a unique town and a wonderful place to try out your B&W skills.

this was the morning after debashis, i and our friend sai got trashed at this bar in savannah. this place was the biggest hole in the wall i'd ever seen. there were literally rats crawling into the holes in the walls. but they had PABST BLUE RIBBONs for a dollar each. man, we got wrecked. i think we had at least 20 each. i remember i started hallucinating because sai's friend (this dude fresh off the boat from india) was wearing a lacoste shirt, you know the ones with a alligator on it? anyways, i started making fun of his shirt and then laughing hysterically for no reason. then later we pretty much all passed out sai's crappy apartment. when i woke up hungover, i had this blanket that i wrapped around my head and body. there was a lot of noise outside so i went out to the balcony to look. there was a goddamn st. patricks day parade right outside this fools window (this was st. patty's day in savannah, obviously). anyway, i was pretty much looking like the goddamn ayatollah of iran with that blanket around me, and so people started looking up at me coz i looked so crazy. (i had sunglasses on as well). so i started screaming "I AM YOUR GOD!!!" and "PRAISE ALLAH!!!" really loud! man, it was hilarious. debashis took a picture of it as well, but it is not on this site. anyway, this was way before sept. 11th 2001, so i had no fear of getting shot. but people were still obviously freaked out. it was so funny. there was a lot of other drunk stuff we did that weekend too. like the picture of me with the guitar, that was us drunk. the fact that debashis can take all these kickass pictures while blitzed off his ass is a testament to his talent. man, we were some true alcoholics, and i haven't even started on sai's shenanigens. good times, good times.

What a coincidence that I just uploaded a Savannah photo - Dancing Waters. Anyway, I agree that Savannah is a unique town and a wonderful place. I like the tones of this photo. ~~ Debby
