No, this was at a terrorism exercise. The hose off thie hydrant was to be used on a cooling fan.

Hi Brian, a great shot of another side of the duties of a fireman...although where I come from, the water department does this job, with the same rusty brown water spewing forth. Was this at the scene of a fire?
