The comparison works for me -- and as always the exquisite beauty of the human form surpasses all else superabundantly so -- excellent artistic rendering -- your photogaphy is truly a writing with light.

Magnificent. Wondering why this is in children, however? Love the vintage look with the hair up in curling rags.

Wow, if this is the first of a series of works that use Leonardo's drawn anatomical studies as a source of inspiration, like this one, I can't wait to see the others! Pardon me for my presumption, but I think this one doesn't quite succeed. You have three visual elements: a detail of one of Leonardo's studies of the body, drawn from a cadaver; an image of some kind of vegetable (perhaps a decomposing head of lettuce?); a photograph of a topless "lingerie model" taken from behind. Your composition is a dichotomous left-right composition. On the main level, you have attempted to create a visual echoing of the "lettuce head" and the model's head/hair with curlers. At a secondary level, you have attempted to create a visual echo between Leonardo's drawings and the model's smooth, beautiful skin and shape. The problem is that there are too many echoes, too many cross-references. The "lettuce head" superimposed on Leonardo's drawings bothers me, it's a bit clumsy. The visual language of this piece doesn't quite flow right. Who am I to comment thus? Nobody, nobody at all. It's just my opinion. I really look forward to the next ones. Rgds, Svend
