It sure looks like one! This has nice composition, texture, color and all that sort of stuff going for it. The only thing that would improve it for me is to have the dof stretched a little more to include the foreground.

Hi John, Something different, but yet quite fitting. Although the wide DOF gives a very good view on the texture and details of the buoy, it also fills the image with information. Furthermore, the wide DOF removes a bit of the 3D composition.
Is that important? I don't think so. The composition and well saturated tones are very well captured, and that creates a well balanced abstract image.
