Nice story for a black dot! heheheh As always, I like this simplicity, this sharpness, this clear vision of the "impossible"... (???) I like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi John, Again, a simple, but effective geometrical shot; the DOF works well in this case, and I think the "De Stijl" like approach with the division of the background frame works well. Also, the textures of the zinc plated metal railing is very well captured. Good shot!
Cheers,
Hugo

a black dot, another one would stamp it away, you seperate it, personal style, though... convincing in colours and lines...

I LOVE the black dot! (see...it's getting better with each comment ;-) did you blur the background, except for the dot? the dot seems sharper and therefore almost floating. Your composition is perfect...lines ending exactly in corners...that's how I like it too! :-)

I don't mind about the black dot. It breaks the red a little and that's not bad. I AM amazed how sharp it seems to be compared to the general dof induced fuzzyness of the door.. Nevertheless, and other beautyful image..

Very pretty! I would remove the black spot on the top left, though. Great piece of art!
