Chris, I still have the Fuji and will continue to use it for a lot of my shots, especially while I get to grips with the Mamiya. I take your point about the first shot with the Mamiya but I was astounded that it came out in focus and properly exposed! I focused on the hyperfocal distance and wasn't sure what to expect. In fact the whole of the first roll of film came out fine and I've got some nice poppy and daisy shots that show incredible detail. We'll have to see how it goes from here.

Very well done! I like how you've held on to the detail of the shadowed areas while also exposing for the backlit lighting. Great perspective!
