What I love about this image is the lines. They chaotically fly away from (or towards) the subject drawing the eye over to her. My eye searches for something to serve as a reference, something familiar, and I can't find that either: also something I like about this picture. In the tangle of lines and cords and other unnamed objects there's a dynamism that is especially helped by the off-centering as well as the only two straight lines in the photo that lead right to her. Very cool.

just enjoying summer, we don't get a lot of that here. I just can't bring myself to sit in front of a computer to be here when I do it all day anyway and it's so sunny outside.. tonight I needed to see what was happening here though so I stopped by..
It is a clear night with wind, hot and humid. It is the sort of weather that keeps me awake!
Irma.

OK will do ...hey a question I was wanting to use your work as an example to show one of my students would it be OK to print some out so she can stick them in her Visual Arts Process Diary...you would be credited as an influence naturally..thought I should ask email me at rojpix@hunterlink.net.au rather than clog up the comments against images on usefilm

We gaze upon her face yet we do not turn to stone. Though I am perplexed, in a good way.
