About Have you ever wondered how tomorrow looks like...I've got the answer for you. ;-)

Used a 2 Stop ND Graduated and Warming Filter. The real exposure was 120sec and I added and extra 40 sec for the reciprocity of the film for a total of 160 sec. The city you see in the far distance is Montreal

I hope you are making money off of these, as they are amazing.
I'm not sure what was on the right side of the image, but I find that the rocks touching the side of the frame are a little distracting as it heavies up the right side and pulls my attention there.
I think I need to visit Quebec though, as the sunsets and rises are amazing. I like the fact that over the 3 minutes you also managed to capture the movement in the clouds.

A question for you... how much light was there in the sky as you were taking this? Enough to compose the shot? Or did you have to use a flashlight to compose and then keep the shutter open for almost 3 minutes to capture the scene?
It's always a hit and miss for my exposure times when I get over 1 minute.

God so kind, Patrick...each day is another brand new day, however..two tumbs up for this picture. 1. I like the color gradation 2. The blue color reflection from the sky to the water is just fabulous 3. Amazingly still could capture the lights of the city of Montreal even from from a distance!!!!!

Thank you again for the comments..to answer your question arwa...Photoshop was used only for the sharpening after scanning not to alter the colors. The Kodak E100VS slide film with long exposure, the time time of the day (early before sunrise) and a warming filter provided all these beautiful colors.
Again a big thank you for the comments
