I just love this the way it is. Your flowers are so pretty (all of them) I would love to just frame them and hang them in my house. Absolutely beautiful. I was having a hard time picking a favorite. this is gorgious.

Micky, you bright spark!!! :-) Of course yes ... include more of the stems! That will portray exactly what I wanted it too ... tall Tulips as they are naturally!
Now why did you wait so long to give me this great advice? :-)) Yeah I know ... out shooting in the rain, having a glorious time amongst your beautiful flowers :-))
Tks Micky!

Hi Linn, you have SOOOOO many gorgeous flower images but this one jumps out for me,I really like the staggered placing of the blooms, the slight angle of the left one counter balances the other two.You ask about the background, what I would like to see if possible would be the flowers drawn up in the frame to expose more of the stems,an alternative to cropping. The frame is very nice. Regards Micky.

Beautiful, as always, my dear cat and flower lover! Radiant colours and pin sharp focus. Kind regards, Chris P.S. I hope you marked the 'undressed tulip' for the adult section only! Come to think of it, I've already commented on it! Oh, no! I've been corrupted by South African flower-glam shots!

Linn --
You've done a great job on the colors and clarity of the flowers, stems and leaves here, as usual! I agree with Elisa about the cropping, just a tad off the top would make it perfect. I think the frame is excellent: the colors you've chosen pick up the colors from the flower and leaf nicely.
Regards, Anne

Elisa, from now on I am sending you all my images for cropping before I post them :-)))
Again ... it was a toss-up in my mind ... do I want to let the tulip reach higher? or do I crop tighter? I will just have to go get another one that I can scalp and crop :-))

Bill, do you want to die laughing? :-))))))) It is primitive my friend!! I set up out on the front porch, with the make-shift background boards, and the ever faithfull Labbie keeping an eye on what is happening :-)
Yeah ... OK ... I will take a shot of what it looks like. Just remember to have 911 on quick dial because you will laugh till you can no more :-))

Excellent capture! The BG could use a bit of cropping but that's MO. Very nice detail and colors! Some day I would like to see your home studio/lighting set-up. If you care to send a pic I would appreciate it. I am always interested in seeing what others use as a home studio. Best to you, Bill
