u may not remember me but i'll never forget u.abt ur image I'm not good enough 2 make a comment but its a great work,whic make my eyez tear set my blood on fire n'my heatr to fogive those fools who start wars one after another just to make trillions of bucks n' nothing elese,its the best thing to sell.

thanks, Lucas..yeah, it's weird sometimes how much a title can make or break an image. i've observed that phenomenon myself. I don't want a title to lead a viewer but sometimes i can't resist! :) kat~

Hi there. I think the title of the image is right on. The image wouldn't be as powerful without the title, in my opinion. I think the desired effect is right on as well. Interesting story how you found this in Costa Rica of all places. Great work and keep it up.

Yes....I am still checking up on you. Your spelling is impeccable...andy our eye is still dang near perfect. I will not go into the politics of this piece, I will leave that for the professionals. But the title and the subject matter is killer/dead on.

I think you can dare to feel whatever urge you want to when it comes to your own images :-p It is not like you are trying to be subtle here! BTW, blue on "old glory" is supposed to symbolize vigilance among other things...

actually Kevin, "sign of the times" was my first title but i decided to be a bit more direct.
Incidently, finding this sign in Costa Rica is definately weird. There's no military here nor has CR been invaded (besides being 3rd in immigration behind the USA and Canada) in the last hundred and fifty or so years, and is so peaceful, it's practically asleep. i found this sign sitting sideways next to a dirt road in a country town. One of those mysteries i will never figure out..thanks for your comment. kat~
