Superb - just a tad more at the bottom and it would be perfect. The strong backligth contradicts the streamers from his clothing - just one details that appeals to me.

The photo itself is very interesting. The faces at the bottom right, add an other element to the overall concept of the photo. Nicely done!
Something to consider, which doesn't really relate to the photo but it's presentation more than anything else: a thin black border. See the top left hand side of the photo? A small black border would help contain it. Just a thought.
