Hi, Alessandro. Thank you for your kind comments about my portfolio. What I mean by "staggered sky" is that the tones of the sky do not make a smoothe transition (change) from left to right. Instead, the tones occur in bands that are distinct from one another so that you can see the boundary between individual bands. I have added an attachment in which I altered the lighting so you can see more clearly what I mean. Best, Steve

I like this a lot, Alessandro. The subject is very interesting, and it's very well composed. The tonal balance is really nice, and sepia works well here. The only small problem I have is with the staggered gradation of the sky. Solve that and you've got a great photo. Steve
