As much as I like this one, I think Popeye is so much stronger. This photo confirms it for me -- same general subject matter, but not as winsome a capture for me.
Could be that I'm biased -- I'm probably the same age of this subject; I tend to romantacize my youth, and find people much younger or much older than me compelling.

I shot this at iso 400, adjusted the levels and contrast with ps elements...I'm really not sure where the grain came from.

This is very nice (seems like it belongs on a magazine cover). I have one question: how did you get this sort of grain with your digital camera? Are you doing something in Photoshop or did you just shoot at a relatively high ISO and this is what you got? Regards.
