About	It was so much more beautiful in real. Would using a tripod have helped? longer exposure? How can I make the reflections appear more clear?

Very nice shot Shahenaz.. I dont have a long exprince but i will tell u what i know ..
1- u needed slower shutter speed and more tight aperture.. (more fnumber) i see u used f2.0 and this is good for portraits not for landscapes. try f8.0 more or less depends on ur exposure.
2- And becuase u will use (longer expouser) so u will defently need a tripod for the shot.
3- if u r using a telephoto (zoom) in that low lighting i prefer if u use the timer realese in ur camera and this will reduce the camera shake to the minimum.
try out many times for the same shot with different expousers and later pick up ur best one :)
