Thank you for your generous comments on my Antonella, my cup runneth over. The only filters I use these days are a 1 or 2 stop gray grad to stop light skies from blowing out, and/or a polarizer. Most other editing for colour, exposure etc I do in Photoshop CS. Regards John

I disagree with Neil about the foreground shadow, but I do agree about the distant hill lit by the sun.
The best element by far is the garphical texture of the midground firlds supported by the rich deep colours and that dark dark sky.
Good job.

Hi John, beautiful landscape with great lighting. I love the little bit of darkness near the bottom of frame, and the little bit of light in the backround on the hill, they really add to the effect and give a lot of depth to the photo. Really nice! All the best, Neil

Wonderful late hour mood, John. Beautiful colors and fantastic lighning. Maybe the farm is a bit too centered, but i'm not quite sure about that. Anyway outstanding image, congrats.
