About My first black & white portraits.
The aperture is too big here: the eyes are not sharp but the lips are. Apart from this 'mistake', please comment on the picture (not on the girl), especially on lighting

Quite a punchy shot here, the close crop with those full moon eyes is great. I think the soft focus work well with the non-critical areas (except the 'e' word which we won't mention) and to make the skin glow. I like the tones and textures here. I'd like to see the jawline more defined so the face doesn't get too lost on the shoulders.
As an alternative, maybe try playing around with something even more dramatic. e.g.

I agree that her huge eyes are the instant focus here, but they're a bit soft.
As for the side-lighting...I'd either make it completely black on the left side, or dodge it in a bit to soften that shadow.

Very intense shot, such big eyes! (That is intended as a comment on the picture, not the girl, since it gives it a lot of its power!). The lighting is very good IMO and works very well.
