Hi all. The white spots are from the flash. I'm still not too familiar with using flash. I'll try again. Thanks for the comments!
Hi Vlad, the slices were placed on a light panel. Ate the kiwi after shooting them. *grin*

Lily..the framing is very well concieved here.....you magaged to get the tranlucent quality to the kiwi especially on the back one...the white spots are disturbing but also the blackish area central pic....the fruit should have been cut thinner for the overlap and you would have maintained its translucent quality throughout....
nice concept and a commendable job realizing it....

Hi Lily....although I havent commented on any of your images I have been thoroughly enjoying them. I was drawn to this one...I guess because my favorite color is green *smile* The Kiwi makes for an interesting subject and I like the way you have composed this image... keep posting...your work is great! ...Maggie
