thanks everyone.
andrej, that wave was breaking about 100' away from me. it was a flat beach with a steep dropoff to the water so i was slightly above it. even so, i did get a little wet. ;)

Nice one. Great work freezing the motion of the wave. Though frozen, you caught the intense power and force of the wave with a lovely placement of the tube in the frame. Very nice colors with the blues and the greens in the water. Looks like you were staying in paradise. Lucky bastard... :) Don't you have any pity for us poor slobs you left behind to freeze their asses off in Chicago?
