Hassan, thank you for your comment on my two statues. As you say, the background is rather "busy" but I wanted to get the little boy's head, with funny hat, in the picture. As it was, I nearly lost him... If I had had more time, I would have gone to the next higher shutter speed and used the maximum aperture. My lens performs very well at full aperture, and as it is F/3.5, I would still have had enough depth of field to cover the statues and the little boy. But there was no time for that! I did tone down the contrast and brightness on the buildings a little in PaintShop Pro, but it would have been better if they had been more out-of-focus. I am NOT fast on my feet with snap photos, alas. Let me say again how much I like this shot of yours in its B&W incarnation.

I liked this one when you took it in colour, and I love it now in B&W. Everything is just perfect--lighting, contrast, composition, everything. And those clouds are the perfect accent! Delightful.
